Former Axios reporter, Alexi McCammond, was recently disgraced for tweets she now admits were homophobic and racist against Asians. Consequently, she lost her privileged new position as editor-in-chief of Teen Vogue. It’s unsettling to see people get canceled for age-old mistakes. However, McCammond’s fall from grace is seen as poetic justice to some, considering not long ago she was working to cancel others. I know because I was one of those people.
While the media defends KHive’s disturbing attacks on critics of Kamala Harris, new findings reveal a Democratic Party-linked bot farm amplified its leaders.
An April 8 LA Times profile of the “KHive” attempted to put a positive spin on Twitter’s nest of Vice President Kamala Harris super fans, omitting the group’s online abuses, offline harassment, and alarming origins. …
Kyle Rittenhouse shot three people (killing two) and has been charged with murder. But Rittenhouse claims he acted in self-defense. Instead of getting caught up in the partisan hackery surrounding this case, I want to present you the facts and let you, the jury, come to your own conclusion.
Btw, I’m not making any money on this video because sharing important video evidence of the most covered criminal case in the country is “inappropriate or offensive to some YouTube audiences”. So please support my work by becoming a patron on Patreon.
Thousands of Americans are telling Congress to force the vote on Medicare for All. I’ve watched hundreds of #MyStory videos of people advocating for #ForceTheVote. This is just a small sample. Their stories are horrifying and sad. But their determination is inspiring.
I made the vid for Jimmy Dore & the People Party’s Town Hall.
AOC says she can’t get a floor vote for Medicare for All. But that’s no longer the case. She and the other progressive Dems can force a vote by threatening to withhold their vote from Nancy Pelosi for Speaker of the House. It’s a solid strategy that the past AOC endorsed!
The Medicare for All vote will be a success even if it doesn’t pass. We will get to see who really supports M4A and who doesn’t. Forcing a vote also forces the issue to be taken seriously. …
A video highlighting a few awkward clips from a Joe Biden speech is “Partly False Information” that deserves to be censored, according to Facebook’s fact-checking partner, FactCheck.org.
The famous Washington Post reporter Bob Woodward made his career publishing government secrets. But today he could go to jail for publishing government secrets. Because the Trump administration has issued the first indictment in history charging a publisher for publishing government secrets.
That publisher is Wikileaks’ former editor in chief, Julian Assange. He now faces life in prison for leaks he published back in 2010, from Private Manning, that revealed war crimes and government lies.
Many have the wrong impression that Assange was simply indicted for hacking. But the reality is 17 of the 18 counts against Assange are…
JAMES GOODALE, former executive vice president, vice chairman, and general counsel of The New York Times is best known for leading the NYT to victory in the famous free-press-threatening Pentagon Papers case. In his book, “Fighting for the Press”, he warned about the danger of the government bringing a similar case against Julian Assange of Wikileaks. Well, today the government has done just that.
Julian Assange currently faces life in prison for publishing information that revealed evidence of war crimes and exposed government lies. Now, 10 yrs after the publishing the material, the government has yet to prove the publications have harmed a single individual. Many call this historic case a serious threat to the freedom of the press.
